Dinner – January 20

Happy Friday!!! After a full and rather tiring week, dinner needed to be easy and soothing. Breakfast does that for us. 

Our meal plan has been fabulous to take the guess work out of our evening. Tonight’s choice was a delicious tomato, spinach, and sautéed mushrooms omelette with delicious sharp cheddar. Paired with some sliced mango and bacon (because… BACON!!!) and you’ve got a great Friday meal.
